The Coolest Protein Treat for Hot Summer Days

(Popsicle Recipe Below!)

Let me tell you… these popsicles saved me this weekend.

We packed up for a hot summer beach day, and I brought along a little something fun I whipped up the night before: high-protein popsicles made with my favorite 1st Phorm Phormula-1 Clear Protein. Let’s just say they disappeared fast.

Not only were they cold, refreshing, and delicious, but they also packed 8 grams of protein each, making them way more satisfying than your average fruity popsicle.

The Recipe: Protein Fruit Popsicles

You’ll Need:

• 2 scoops 1st Phorm Phormula-1 Clear Protein (I used Strawberry Limeade)

• 12 oz cold water

• Optional: sliced fruit (I added strawberries, but any fruit would work great!)

• Popsicle molds (my go-to ones from Amazon – linked below!)

How to Make:

1. In a shaker or mixing cup, combine 2 scoops of Phormula-1 Clear Protein with 12 oz of water. Shake or stir well. Let sit for 60 seconds or until the bubbles have settled.

2. Pour into popsicle molds, leaving a little space at the top.

3. Add your fruit slices (if using) – they look super cute and add extra flavor!

4. Freeze for at least 4 hours or overnight.

5. Enjoy cold from the freezer, or pack them in a cooler for your next pool or beach day.

Why I’m Obsessed

I’m all about finding small ways to support my goals, and these popsicles are one of those feel-good hacks that just make it easier.

Instead of grabbing something sugary or processed when the heat hits, I’ve got a treat that tastes like a vacation AND gives my body what it needs.

They’re also fun to share, my family loved them, and I had friends asking for the recipe. Now here it is!
